- Most Recent Property Tax Statement
- Most Recent HOA Statement (if applicable)
- Hardship Letter. Simply tell the truth in letter form. This could be as simple as the value of the home is less than what you owe and it makes no sense to continue making payments. The more compelling your story the better. Emphasize loss of job, decline of income, decline in property value, increase in payment, increase in living expenses, increase in medical expenses, etc. Please provide any documents that could support your hardships (medical bills, unemployment statement, etc.)
